"A young employee, named Bruce was working front counter when I came in. He helped me with checking battery. After determining battery was bad he sold me a new battery and removed old battery. It wasn't the easiest job due to the corrosion on negative terminal but his persistence got the battery terminal lose and installed new battery! I could definitely see him being a great leader for autozone! He's a keeper. I could see him becoming a store manager and his costumer service and co/worker skills will get him a management position one day!"
