"One thing I don't like is to walk into an establishment and the sales representative makes it feel as if you're bothering them. Like if you don't like strangers walking in a public store is not the place to work. However the store did have what I was looking for even though I saw it online for less. I thought the convenience of a walk in store would have its benefits. I was wrong. stick to Amazon. The nonmembership provides same day or next day deliveries for most items at a lower cost."

"The gentleman that rang me up was phenomenal! His customer service is outstanding. Very professional and polite. I came on 8/19/23 to spend $60 to qualify for a free gym bag. I really wanted to get more of ON Whey protein powder but the price was so much higher than what I saw on Amazon. So I grabbed some other random items instead. When the associate was ringing me up I told him I really wanted to get the protein powder but did not want to spend $90 solely on the protein powder. He quickly informed me that they can match the price of Amazon. I was very excited because I did not know the VItamin Shoppe matches the prices. I got the protein powder and the almond protein spread to try. Now I will shop at the Vitamin Shoppe more because I rather shop local in my community if the price is similar to what I get online. I appreciate him helping me out! And the almond protein spread I got is really good. Thank you!"

"Welcoming & friendly service/assistance. The Manager on 1/10 was helpful & shared insight on the different brands/prices for Elderberry. I normally use the tincture type, yet she sold me on the syrup to hold me over. I like the option to purchase between retail brands & TVS's own line of products. I noticed the increase in Vegan products, as I purchased the No Cow - Coconut & Almond protein bar - 1st time trying this brand & was pretty fulfilling. Good variety & price point, amongst a very clean & organized store."
