"Not sure where to start purchased a stove a open box when delivered the delivery drivers were incompetent and left styrofoam and the anti tilt bracket under my stove never used the stove till Thanksgiving eve and all my food was destroyed and burnt went through hell and back and thankfully they exchanged which is only right and refuse to compensate me"
"Worst bestbuy ever. Employees ignored me when I tried to ask for help for an item that was in clearance but wasn't priced. The cashier with black hair and long bangs stood on his phone and was texting while I was waiting in line before he helped me. A taller male employee with a short afro cut/fade in the back section of the store said, "no one better need any help because we are closed", it was 7pm. The only decent employee was the older black bald gentlemen who helped me when I first entered. There is another best buy very close to here, just go there, because god forbid you ask one of the employees here for help."
"AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE. I placed a drive up order for a large item. When the store person came out, he immediately said it wouldn't fit in my car. When asked if he would make an attempt, he had an attitude and said "nope I'm not doing that. You're going to have to come inside." Without any other discussion, he turned around and went back into the store with my purchased items. I decided that I'll just cancel the order from the app, so I went home, but i eventually noticed that it wouldn't let me. Within a few hours, my order was marked "picked up." The store associated lied and stated that I took the item. It's been a hassle trying to get in contact with support to fix this issue. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy."
"I WOULD NEVER STEP IN THIS STORE AGAIN IN MY LIFE. Matter of fact, I would never purchase from Bestbuy ever again. I got a Breville Air Fryer as a Christmas gift for my family. Ended up getting one defective. Carrying the heavy 65lbs package into the store hoping I can get a replacement faster before the holiday. The Customer Service girl for some reasons couldn't understand the fact it's defective. Kept asking me to process a return and charging me additional shipping fee. Made me wait for the never-showed-up manager for eternity. Then lied to my face about everything she told me earlier. Walked out of the store with the defective product and tarnished my holiday spirit. Thank you for the disappointing experience, Bestbuy. Avoid this store at all cost people."
"I would specifically like to acknowledge the professionalism of Sam with the the Geek Squad department. He called me well in advanced of the appointment to check in for more information. From my explanantion of my problems with my laptop, he determined that it would need some physical repair work to an extent the store would not be able to provide. However, he was able to relay a great understanding of the potential issues and how I can address them. I left the phone call feeling more confident about how to best proceed, even with the cancellation of the appointment. With the assistance I've gotten from this as well as prior experiences, I look forward to making this Best Buy my primary store for all my electronics needs. Thanks again, Sam!"
