Whole Foods Market

"Customer service training needed for staff working detox juice bar and coffee bar. Was there this morning after the gym. Was trying to get items from each spot. Was not greeted, was not acknowledged at all. Was in each spot for over 5 minutes and ignored the whole time. I'm a customer and have expectations when shopping. All I wanted was Vietnamese coffee and some juice. Very disappointing experience. The girl I was with noticed that we were not being acknowledged either. A Sad Saturday experience here."

"Customer service here has improved, although, it was highly disappointing to see a family of flies convening in the cookie display...its as gross shame bc we were really looking forward to the fresh baked jumbles. For the upcharge this establishment requires, for basic shelved items, you'd think the displays were kept clean."

"This store has been going downhill. The hot food selection has been near nothing for several months. At first, they said it was because it was summer. It has not improved. They also seem to repeat items in the hot section that are not good or made with ground beef. The Amazon returns have been placed by one small machine which creates a long line to do returns now. I have just been extremely disappointed. Though I live down the street from the store, I now drive to the Chamblee Store which has been consistent. They really should have better service in this store considering the location/traffic."

"I go to this Whole Foods quite often as I’ve lived in the Buckhead area for the last six years my experience today there was terrible to say the least. I was at this location earlier this week getting two bouquets of flowers and I came back today to get four more bouquets of flowers. The florist seem to have an attitude as well as wasn’t very helpful. After spending $250 on flowers today which was not a problem at all I was prepared for that she treated me like I was going to steal the flowers and asked me to pay while she had only made two of the four bouquets, and I was very offended, and I almost feel like she was following me around the store. I will not be coming back to this Whole Foods and I will be calling corporate."

"While in Buckhead we stopped by Whole foods Market. The store is nice and clean with a great food station to pick up pizza and others already prepared foods."
