"Valentine's Day 2024 around 9:30 am I went to floral dept. to get roses & a vase. Three employees in that dept. never greeted, nor asked if they could help. My experience was so horrible with one employee with long red weave, I didn't get her name. I just want to state that when you're pleasant, helpful & courteous to the public remember that's why you were hired. You all need to do better with servicing your customers bc you leave an imprint on people with how you treat them. I will take my business elsewhere where I'm more appreciated."

"I often frequent this Kroger and let’s just say somethings have changed. At first I was starting to hate coming here. But today when I walked in something was different. The employees were friendly, helpful and stocking the shelves. I’m not sure if it’s new management but whatever it is PLEASE KEEP IT UP. Today was the best experience I’ve had at this Kroger in god knows how long. Good job Kroger Old National! Felt like I was in one of the nicer areas this morning."

"first of all, I go to a Kroger that I don’t normally even go to ,no carts..shopping I couldn’t find half the stuff I was looking for they Didnt have half the stuff I was looking for couldn’t find help,finally found help. Thanks to her they get 3Stars I don’t know her name but glasses, long hair worked in the produce aisle, she was helping other customers as well, Scanning and finding prices and to her surprised, they didn’t have the things I was looking for. Meanwhile, strawberries lookd horrible I didn’t even buy those bought the bananas cause they look pretty good got hme ripped one open all of it was black something told me to rip All of them open and I did, and they were stale. They fooled me. Sorry guys, I won’t be back."

"I was in the store earlier and I found everything I needed. The only problem I had was that I noticed some of the store employees were doing a lot of socializing. There was a Pepsi employee talking to a Kroger employee, who I think was the manager, near the self checkout area. They were talking so loud and the Pepsi employee was cursing, right in front of customers. I thought this was very disrespectful. That's the reason for the 4 star rating. I have lived in the area for over 30 years and it makes me sad to see this behavior in Kroger. I would think Kroger would have higher standards than this. However, Thelma, the cashier was busy working. Her line was getting long and one of the other employees came over to bag groceries instead of going on her break. That's what I call teamwork and good customer service. Thelma and the other employee was very nice and they did a good job. I appreciate employees like this and they receive a 5 star rating. I hope Kroger appreciates them also."
