"When turn on Mallory Rd from 29 go straight after going over the railroad tracks and take your 1st entrance on the left. It’s first come first serve and they have overnight parking. The guy in the office was nice and once in the door it’s quick unloading! He comes out and tells you when the door is available and also will bring your paperwork out to you when unloading is completed. Would definitely come back here. Too bad all places weren’t like this!"
"Well this isn’t an in and out job. My appointment was at 815. I showed up at 715, got a door at 0900, and still waiting to get unloaded at 1025. Also there seems to be an issue with door 3’s ramp so you might be asked if you can make your trailer tilt up in the back. I’m getting unloaded now at 1026 and I did have to slide my tandems all the way to the back in door 3. Update: awesome group of guys. They are really working hard to try and unload this trailer. It’s taking longer than usual because the shipper didn’t secure the load to the pallet properly."
