"They need MORE cashiers!!! When given the option to print or send your receipt to your phone, I send it to the phone just to annoy them. I leave my phone in the car when I'm shopping. I've had my phone stolen from me at this store before, lesson was learned."

"I came in to the car care shop at Walmart Super Center on Old National Highway to get my tire censor replaced on just one tire and it took five hours to get the job done. After I payed my money the censor didn’t work. The customer service was awful. I will never patronize this store again. I will let all my colleagues know about the bad service that was displayed at the tire center. All of your employees were unconcerned about my problems concerning my tire censor. Something need too be done about this matter. Several customers waited on their vehicles as well. Please check out your staff in the car car department and get some customer service feedback on their service . Thank you and please feel free to reach out to me."

"Worst experience EVER!!! Got there at 645 am to be the first, they opened at 7 am. 7:05 came, and with 10 others behind me, no doors opened. Service man walked passed us to another entrance and said NOTHING!!! Another gentleman walked around, and service laughed and talked to him, even taking his tire order. We waited outside while I called 3 times 7:05 to 7:15 with no answer. 7:25, finally, the service man called for a manager to open the door. No apology, no explanation. Service man could have stated the reason for delay. Walked up to service man and asked for oil change. "Sorry sir, we can't do an oil change for you now or maybe not today,"the reason was no one to do it. Policy should have been an explanation at 7 am of the situation to give us a chance to make other arrangements. I left there and traveled 10 miles down the road Walmart, and thankfully, I got an oil change within 30 mins. Where has descent service gone."
