"I’ve been here twice, and I feel like I was watched the entire time I was shopping/checking out——— that’s infuriating when I’m a PAYING customer. A lady that was also shopping before me, was just complaining about her doing that to them as well. However, I noticed that she did not do that to the customers after me. Weird. "Never a "please" or a "thank you", or "thank you for waiting" or any behavior that constitutes basic civility. One time I was told that a simple prescription that I take daily was unavailable. This went on for over a week. Finally I went to another chain drug store that is not so convenient but the med was readily available there. And the staff was no nice, I was taken aback. It's time to switch over to that store again. I will say that there is a pharmacist at this CVS - Spencer - who is very thoughtful, hence the 2 stars for the store instead of one. But the rest of the staff is clearly unhappy, or do not care, or both."
