"The customer service department is very efficient and helpful. The store is very clean and organized. I love their bakery department. They are always ready to help with a cheerful attitude. The meat department is very nice too. If you need a bigger cut for a roast, they are willing to cut it right there for you. The hot food department is very good too. We get the box of fried chicken very often. So fresh and tasty. We use the pharmacy all the time too. Very good service. No complaint at all."

"I definitely did NOT feel like I was shopping at Publix. Shopping was definitely NOT a pleasure. I came into contact with several employees and management… and only two people acknowledged my presence… that was the woman at the bakery and the cashier… I am NOT used to Publix employees walking pass without a greeting… a smile… an offer to help… something… The staff and management need to be retrained because I’m not getting Publix’s vibes here. I expected better… very disappointed!"
