"This business is NOT reliable. CLOSED EARLY unannounced and couldn't get suit! We took my college age son’s only suit here for cleaning and we were specifically told his suit would be ready on Saturday. He arrived at 4p before they closed at 5p. All store hours said they would be open till 5p. The lights were off and door locked. He needed his suit for an event. Update: Picked up his suit the following week and told them what happened. The response I got was “the owner called and told me I could close up early”. What?! No offer of a discount or anything for what they did. They did not care."

"very impressed with this dry cleaner. I took my college age son tuxedo to 2 other cleaners to try and remove the stains, not sure what stains were and don't want to know, anyway, the other 2 cleaners were not able to get stains out and charged too much. north shore was able to remove every unidentified stain at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend"
