"My experience started out fine. The cleaning was not quite as thorough as I was hoping, but with a toddler and working multiple jobs, I was just happy not to have to clean the house myself every now and then. We had them come around 4-5 times, each time they either gave me or had me sign a piece of paper stating what they cleaned and that everything looked satisfactory. Every time, except for the last time they came. They damaged our floors. We have LVP floors, and the first thing I noticed after they left (without leaving me the paper or having me sign/walk through the house) was a significant piece of LVP had been peeled up. Another board in the kitchen had a small chip missing that went all the way through. I immediately called the manager to tell him, and he came to our house to look at it. He offered to fix it himself with some putty and markers and claimed it would look better than it did before!! We told him no, we just need their insurance information. We put a claim through, and now they're denying that they did any damage. Basically, their cleaning is mediocre, and they ruined our floors and are lying about it. I do not recommend their services."
