"I bought tires there a month ago. After having them installed we took a road trip and noticed the Van was shaking at certain speeds, so I took it back. They said the wheels were not balance properly. Everything seems fine until we took another road trip and it started shaking again. We just got home and I noticed one of the lug nuts broke off!"

"Went in to check on delivery of tires. Promised 3 to 5 business days. There is a delay. On the 7th day."

"I bought some new tires from Sam's Online, and was getting them mounted and balanced at Sam's. After sitting for a little over hour inside the store, I was called back to the desk, where they informed me that they could not change low profile tires and refunded the $60 mount and balance fee. They were brand new rims. See the chip taken out of the wheel in the picture, and the silver paint over it? I think their machine chipped the rim, and they panicked and painted it, hoping I wouldn't notice. Unfortunately, it worked. Very unprofessional and underhanded thing to do. I didn't notice until I had them installed elsewhere. Bad review is my only recourse now."

"Sam's use to be a place we could go to save money. Know you find out we could of purchased it cheaper at Walmart. Why do we pay a fee for supposing cheaper merchandise. We do love Sam's meat department we can get our meat cut the way we like it. I would just like for fair prices on a whole sale items and hope you relize just because you open a Sam's club in a high industry environment some people are still traveling a great distance and are not as fortunate as others.
