I was surprised by that! In the process of buying a car, he kept emphasizing his price, but I could not accept the price, so I said I was sorry so many times, I could not accept the price, I could not buy the car. But he said I was wasting his time. I think that's so rude!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Never returned a single phone call, kept putting us off about the used part estimate, didn't even give us a quote on all new parts, which requires no salvage. They might do fabulous work when they actually get around to it, but we didn't get a chance to find out. Ridiculous!"
