"I am really upset with the service I received. I brought my car in for an alignment and was never told that a diagnosis was required for an alignment or that they were going to diagnose in the first place. After over 24 hours of not having my car or any communication, I called to ask if my car had been aligned. They said it had not and then only slightly clued in that a diagnosis was taking place. Out of fear that I was being charged for a diagnosis, I did not request whatsoever, I called to let them know I was going to pick up my car and that I did not request a diagnosis. When I came to pick up my car, they apologized for the miscommunication and said that they had to complete a diagnosis to figure out why the car needed to be aligned and that they were not able to align it until these items were fixed. I know that this is not a common practice because I called my father to explain the situation as well as how upset it made me, and he said in all his years of getting his cars aligned, they should have tried the alignment and informed me if it failed for any reason, and then from there, I could choose how I wanted to handle the situation. So, I was more than disappointed to be charged $143 for a diagnosis I never asked for and to not even have an alignment completed. Despite not wanting to pay for a service I never requested, I paid for it and chalked it up to a naive mistake I made because I am a young student who is still learning how to handle these situations. Overall, this felt like more than just a miscommunication, it felt unethical and has lowered my view of their reputation."

The lady at the front desk made sure we were comfortable and told us the story of this store. They were done replacing our tire in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this business.
