"I wish I could give 0 stars! I've been trying to get my phone screen replaced here for over a month because this is where my insurance told me to go. The first appointment I went in for, the phone tech never showed up for work. After that, they told me they used the screen to fix someone else's phone. I called a little over a week ago to ask if they had gotten a new screen in and they said to be there at open 2 days later. I tried calling throughout the next day to verify that they had gotten the screen but nobody ever answered the phone. I show up the next morning and no one had made any attempt to even get a screen for my phone. The lady I spoke to that morning called me 15 minutes after I left to let me know that she had gotten a product transfer from another store approved and that they would have my screen in a week. I just found out through my insurance that the store cancelled my claim that day without me ever receiving any form of notification. DO NOT GO HERE!"
