"I own a real estate company and a custom home builder, renovations. Scott and the guys here are super friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I think the other reviews are undeserving. It's a lumber yard, not the 4 seasons. These are good Ole boys salt of the earth kind of folks, you be friendly with them and you get it in return. I did cedar shakes on my current build and picked up 6 squares. Reasonable prices and a good selection of lumber and materials, better condition than the big box store. My only quam is the cedar shakes are soaking wet when you get em, as they have the pallet out on the yard and not in the steel building. These take an eternity to dry out. I called the A&R cedar mill and talked with the owner, and he indicated they need a year of dry out prior to any stain or paint. Ouch! I think if these are stored in the steel building or at least a tarp over them, you can get them dried out faster shortening your project time. I had to set up drying stations and floor fan to dry out for 3 days prior to installing. Just a tip for the guys at Thomas if they can spare a spot under a cover or awning, it'd be a big help. I have a lot of builds coming up so I'll be back to see the guys at Thomas Lumber a lot. I highly recommend them!"

"Not a good experience. Shopping at Thomas Lumber is a bit like attending a Trump rally -- either a good or bad experience depending upon your political point of view. More importantly, the salespeople were extremely rude. I won't shop there again."

"If you are a truck driver do not delivery here. Will refuse anything you bring them, and hopefully they will shut down and starve. Rudest people I’ve ever met. Absolute joke a company like this can survive the way they treat people. Praying they go out of business soon."

It also doesn't matter if you go there in person or call them on the phone, they act like you are bothering them, make mistakes on orders, don't want to give prices over the phone and just seem on every occasion to be annoyed that you bothered to shop there."

"Great company, they offered great advice on selecting the right products for my project. They did not recommend the most expensive product, they helped me pick the items that would work the best for my situation. I looked at buying from the Home Depot but Thomas Lumber seemed to have higher quality material."
