"I'm a big advanced Auto parts fan over O'Reilly's or AutoZone because I don't know they seem to have some kind of programmatic hiring process where they hire nice folks. Or at least folks that are willing and want to help you. The other ones are great if you want to you know go to the counter and ask him or something is in the store they'll point for you but you know in advance it seems like they'll jump out from behind that counter and help you find something in a minute. I don't know just always had good service across the whole chain wherever I'm going. Now they got a little bit to be desired as far as keeping inventory stock on stuff high but that's just the world as we know it right now I think so I won't hold that against them"

My husband suggested just buying a battery and changing it out himself, but Rico explained the memory and computer process on vehicles and batteries now-completely saved us from a nightmare on a Sunday afternoon! He gave us his personal battery booster to take to the house so we were able to get the truck started and get it back to the location. He switched everything out with the computer memory and battery in a breeze with a smile on his face! It is so wonderful knowing that there are still amazing people like Rico in this world!
