JOANN Fabric and Crafts

"I placed an order online for pick up and got to the store, the designated sign for pickup is very small and only 2 spaces. Both spaces were taken by other people who are obviously inside (no one inside the cars). So I went inside and waited in line to pick up. They had 1 of my 2 items ready and had to look for the second part after about 7 minutes or so they found it. Order was correct once I received it. They were apologetic, I get it things happen. Need to get a better process on curbside pickup. I also shopped inside the store after I got my order and there were some nice items on sale."

"I asked a floor employee about paint for glass, she had absolutely no idea, didn't attempt to look, or help. The entire store was so warm in temperature that I was almost sweating. I couldn't wait to get out. Not very good for shopping. The best part of this visit was the very nice cashier. It was her first day. I called back to speak to a manager to advise her of tthe temperature and she blamed it on the heat from the windows.Like it effects the entire store!"

"I use to work for JOANN Fabric back in the early 2000s.....I was the Notions Manager. The location I worked at was over near Target and Best Buy and it was a nice store but the new location is NICE. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I found some great deals on some stuff for my daughter's wedding. I got burlap for a fairly good price. I'm very pleased with my visit at JOANN Fabric."

"We live in an area that does not have any type of store that carries fabric or supplies. We think JOANN Fabric and Crafts is amazing and better than Hobby Lobby. If you can't find it here you probably won't be able to find. Even my husband walks around the store just to see all the cool things they have. His mom was a seamstress back in the 60's and 70's and he used to hate going to fabric stores with her because of the smell. He would sit in the car and wait or just suffer through watery eyes and an irritated. That doesn't happen at JoAnn's. Lol..."

"My favorite JoAnn’s store to go to! This location is one of their most updated buildings with much more, well organized product. Read it also has machine rentals. I go out of my way to go to this location. Very efficient fabric cutting counter."
