"Horrible customer service. Jessica spent each time I was there complaining about her own kitchen remodel, her husband, her customers, their billing company and yes, even her BOSS. She never even thanked me for my business. I wanted to help the local economy by buying local but clearly that was a mistake. When I picked up my sink she tacked on a $30 freight charge with NO WARNING. And when my husband called to request a refund of this charge she hung up on him. Due to this unprofessional behavior, I refuse to use them for the 2 bathroom remodels ahead of us. In fact I will never buy from them again. I recommend spending your money elsewhere."
