"Could have been great… Such a good start, thought we had found our go forward partner for all future projects. A lot of enthusiasm and collaboration early on but buyer beware, as soon as you get closer to the final payment King Construction’s prided “attention to detail and workmanship” decreases dramatically. Moreover, after you complete your final payment don't expect a warranty period or for the company to stand behind their work to address issues. It is disappointing that the owner/operator cares more about rapid completion than project quality and customer satisfaction. If you do go with King Construction, make sure you spell out warranty terms in the contract. Don't rely on final walk through promises."
