Thorough packing of shipments and on time delivery has proven especially important as have had bad experience from using other vendors. I am writing this review intentionally to balance the positive and negative reviews on their site. My positive review is worth 1000 times more than a single negative review appearing as a result of miscommunication, inexperienced users, installers, or whistle blowers passing the buck. This industry is growing FAST. These guys are busy. Get to know a salesperson and stick with him/her. Back up your phone calls with an email.
