"Absolutely terrible. It was recommended by Geek Squad to go to an Apple Store to see if they could repair my iPhone XS. Water had accidentally gotten into the tiny part where my iPhone's screen was popping off, thus making my screen start glitching and eventually stop working entirely. So I reserved a time to get my iPhone looked at, driving an hour to this store. I explained to one of the employees how I wanted to see if there was anything they could do to repair my phone just enough so I could transfer the data to a new phone. It was about time to get a new phone in general, but I had not had my iPhone XS backed up in a while, and I desperately did not want to lose all my data. The employee said that someone would take a look at it and a possible repair would be anywhere from $200 - $300. Once another employee came over to look at my phone, in less than 10 minutes, came back to tell me that there was an issue with the logic board. She said there was nothing they could do to get it operating again, followed by a suggestion of buying one of their new phones... I was devastated. The next morning I decided to try seeing what the store, uBreakiFix could do after being recommended to it by AT&T. Since a part of me did not entirely believe what the employees said. As soon as I walked into the store, (no reservation needed to be made prior) I explained everything to one of the employees. He right away asked me to see my phone and he plugged it in. He said it was still pulling power, so there was definitely something he could do. In only one day, he was able to replace my screen and have my phone operating again with all my data still there! There were other issues with my phone, but he listened to exactly what I wanted, just repairing it enough to be functional. It was only about $150 as well, so much much cheaper. Not only would I 1000000% recommend uBreakiFix instead for any repairs, but also always make sure your phone is backed up lol. I'm very thankful I did not listen to Apple and give up trying, uBreakiFix had me covered :) lol"

"had a 5:30 PM appointment to demo Vision Pro. They did not call me back until 6 PM, at which point I was walking out of the store. The point of an appointment is so that neither one of us have our time wasted. no one‘s gonna spend $3500 on your product if you’re gonna make them wait for 30 minutes. to make it better, they did not care at all that I am standing around waiting. worst customer service of any Apple Store I’ve ever been to. I will just order stuff online."

"I haven’t had a classic Apple experience in a long time until I purchased my Mac here. Something as little as “Congratulations” goes a long way in my opinion when making a large purchase you are excited about and that was done here. When I came back with an issue it was quickly and pleasantly resolved thanks to Daniyel. Best Apple experience I think I’ve ever had."

"Update: went again to buy a watch for my wife as a gift for 2024. Julia was super quick and helpful. I was done with purchase swiftly. Original review: Went for a trade-in of an IPad Pro for something else. I was well assisted by Ms. Jannise - she is polite, friendly, and fast. My transaction was over before I could realize. Appreciate such service. This outlet at Avalon attracts a lot of footfalls by default with an ideal location and crowd. Multiple tables showcasing various Apple products. When crowded, space will appear limited and be ready to elbow-bump into someone. Go here for everything, Apple."

"A purchase was made that I began getting text messages about. I did not place an order so this was quite disconcerting. I reached out to Apple to understand why this was happening. After providing my information. What I was told was: not all of my information matched the purchasers information and as long as I didn’t see a charge taken from my bank account everything is fine. I begged to differ. It is not fine with me. I asked to have the order cancelled and was told it is not possible because not all of my information matched the purchaser information. Yes, exactly. That’s the problem I contacted you to resolve. Clearly all of the information doesn’t match. What I was informed of then is that as long as some of the purchasers info matched they would be able to pick up the purchase…but for the exact same reason I can’t cancel the order. Really? This is a potential financial threat to mention an identity theft risk to me and Apple seems oblivious to it or worse case scenario, doesn’t care. From my perspective it appears they only care about selling their products and getting paid. There is no concern towards those who are threatened as a result of these unidirectional policies."
