"Horrible customer service. I ordered a sink. It was Delayed 3 times and never delivered. They did not respond back to homedepot emails or phones, didn’t provide any information on delays or reason for delays! I would not recommend. I am sure the product would be poor quality too! The Homedepot should not have them listed as a vendor!"

"Looks like my experience is typical for this company. Ordered a sink on 12/9. Est delivery to HD was between 12/18 and 12/23. No shipping or tracking number sent- contrary to HD claims. Sink was shipped late on Friday (after 6pm) 12/20. New "estimated" date of delivery, between 1/3 and 1/9. What a scam. HD should drop this product line. Watch out for the other names they use Deco and SolidCast"

"I called this manufacturer and the Ordering lady guided me on how to make the order thru Home Depot. This was on Thursday, 11/15/2018. She promised that she herself will take my order, and ship it Monday so that I will have it on my home door by Wednesday, 11/21/2018 for me to be able to finish all construction by 11/22/2018. She did not do it. If you cannot trust on an employee, you cannot trust the Company!"
