"Every time I come here I have to sit In my truck for over a hour for me to get our lumber. This morning I did for them to only tell me they don't have that size. I had to go back in side and order a bigger size for me to pay more then get back in line. I got here at 8am it's almost 10am and I still have nothing. There gos my work day."

"Prices were good. But waited 25 mins on someone to load material, I’m the only person here. No one ever came, so I drove around looking for it myself, then had someone approach and say I had to sit at the “stop here” sign. After they told me to go back to the sign, waited another 15 mins to get material, and had to help them load it, It was the wrong length so i had to unload and reload the right material, and another customer joined me to help get us both out of there. Supervisors had to get involved to even get someone to look this direction. I know people get busy, but 5 operators looked right at me sitting there and went on about their day. Won’t be back to this location. Would rather pay higher prices and than have my time wasted. An hour and 15 mins total, for what should have been a 20 mins trip tops."
