"I contacted George Avant to help manage my Mother's money from the sale of her house after we had to move her into an Assisted Living Facility here in Tallahassee. My exact words to him was that I did not want her money in anything risky, that I would be happy with a 2% return, something secure since this would be a short time based on her age and health. I definitely did not want to risk losing any of her money she needed for the care she receiving at her facility. You can always give your input but it is their money to do as they want."
