"What a great company!! We bought a bunch of restaurant equipment that we needed for a seminar space. The owner actually talked me OUT of buying a couple things that I thought I needed. He saved me a couple grand with his advice, which coincidentally was spot on. Also, a proofer oven was dead on arrival and we didn't' realize it for a couple months. When we realized it, we called RSI, they gave us the warranty company, and the warranty company shipped the replacement part THE VERY SAME DAY! I couldn't recommend these guys more. Fantastic company!"
"This place is awesome. I have driven by it literally a couple of thousands of times over the years. Our office is about one mile away on Austell Road. The selection is excellent. They have everything. I just purchased a few items for the home kitchen/bar and for a project I'm doing. Good pricing. As we went to check out, the female cashier seemed to be stuck between a few things. I believe there was an order loading or something. Luckily for us, the owner gave us extra attention. He found the proper price for the item we were purchasing: $38 instead of $55 for a meat grinder."
