"I’m not sure what the training consist of to be an assistant manager. But I do believe in the basic training of customer service. You greet your customer the basic have you found everything OK, how are you doing today? Not saying, anything to your customers and ringing up all of their items and the first and only thing you say to them is their total? That’s unacceptable. Her staff is so polite, so energetic, and personable! They greet you they actually make you feel like a human! I hope corporate reaches out to me I would be happy to provide my customer service training!"

"The gentlemen working this afternoon was so pleasant and nice. The store was more organized than a lot of other Dollar tree stores."

"Laura, the “Assistant Manager in Training” was very rude. She saw that I was waiting for checkout, turned back around and continued stocking shelves until she saw fit to come and assist me. Sickening."

"Jackie is the rudest team member I've ever encountered at this location!!!! She refused to bag my mom and I's yard signs (we had to bag our own..she said they were too long to fit in a bag, but with a little effort, this was not the case), was rude and condescending to us when we had to count out our own items bc again she just threw them together though we paid separately, kept rolling her eyes throughout the interaction although we were calm and respectful to her (in fact we were in shock beacuse her attitude was unwarranted). Lastly, I paid with a debt card. She said it declined which was odd bc I had more than enough funds in my account. I check my bank account and the transaction showed as a pending charge with the funds removed from my account. I asked her to void the transaction so that I didn't get a duplicate charge. With a horrible attitude, she calls over Cory (the store manager I assume) who was very nice and explains that they can't void the transaction but a pending charge won't stick. Cool, I proceeded to pay again with the same card. The transaction goes through and Jackie flings a receipt at me. Low and behold I follow up with my bank again and two charges have posted bc as suspected, I was charged twice. My bank was nice enough to reverse the charge so that's no biggie. However Jackie was rude, acted as if we were an inconvenience to her, and had the nastiest attitude that I've ever seen. We weren't rude to her at all and if she wasn't in the mood to work, she should've clocked out! The ONLY reason why I didn't leave the items right there on her register was the fact that this location had some awesome ethnic ornaments that were hard to come by. The sad part is that we live around the corner and frequent this location on a weekly basis. We know that Jackie is pretty new to the store, but prior staff have ALWAYS been wonderful. If Dollar Tree will allow people like Jackie to represent its establishment, we'll shop elsewhere moving forward!"

"So my wife and I were out shopping goodwill locations when we ran up on this dollar tree. We decided to go in and check it out. The place was unique at least to us. It had a section for 3 and 5 dollar items as well as the dollar items. I bought a gaming rgb keyboard which I haven't opened yet but it looks nice. Rgb light bars and light straps were also available for the same price as well as headphones and other things. The employees were extremely nice and I would recommend anyone to go check the place out."
