"Very overpriced for USED furniture. Hispanic lady is extremely rude and condescending. I put a down payment on a sectional and ottoman, there was no refund policy posted whatsoever. When I changed my mind, I came back to cancel the layaway, and suddenly a new sign was posted behind the counter stating they will take 50% of your payments for a "restocking fee". Ok, although this sign wasn't posted and was not mentioned upon my first payment nor written on the receipt, I will accept 50% of my hard earned money back, or so I thought. She then tells me I can't have 50% of the money I paid, that it is store credit. She also felt the need to express that they've been in business for 13 years, show me a stack of receipt books, and inform me my business wasn't needed because they receive so much other business from people who know what they are doing when making a layaway contract. Gee, I guess honest, genuine customer service is a thing of the past."
