On 1/23/21 I contacted this company asking for my tracking information only to be told that I need to send them an additional $20 for shipping. When I purchased the item shipping was FREE. How do you go from FREE shipping to demanding an additional $20 for shipping that was FREE. Needless to say the customer service was horrible and Michelle who assisted me was very rude. Folks please do not patronize this company. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else."

"I purchase a pedicure chair from Michelle and my experience was extremely poor. The chair looked very nice in the picture and I was assured that everything on the chair was top quality. When the chair arrived I found myself disappointed. Certain features on the chair were broken. When I called Michelle to reconcile the problem she tried to argue with me. She would not come up with a compromise as to how to satisfy both of us. She was extremely rude and hung up on me. Do not trust her or this establishment!"
