"I would definitely recommend this place! The first picture is the set I got done about a month ago and there was no chipping from the gel polish. Plus they are my natural nails and they didn’t break at all! I have a hard time finding a good nail salon that will actually take care of my natural nails and go the extra mile to add clear polish before the actual gel color to make sure my nails don’t break. The last picture is the set I just got done with Helen and once again 10/10! Great service and lovely staff!"

"Today I went in for a usual pedicure. I have a slight ingrown on the side of my right big toe and I pointed it out to the nail tech. She said she would take care of it. I go to pay for the ardour pedicure ($40) like normal and I was charged an additional $15 for the ingrown nail. I have NEVER been charged before for that. Plus the tech nail NEVER mentioned the fee BEFORE removing it. I informed the receptionist and the nail tech. Suddenly, they've been doing this for 6 months. I wasn't charged anytime before. I told them I was going to leave a good tip, but I'm not going to pay for a sudden ingrown nail fee and leave a good tip. She decided on the ingrown nail fee. The service was great and I was going to tip $20. Her loss and Elan's loss. I won't be back! I've been coming to Elan for 3 years. My appt was 7-7-23 at 12:15pm. I asked for an itemized receipt and the receptionist wrote it on the back instead."
