I have tried to visit other nail places in hopes that I can find something closer to me but I NEVER find a place with the talent, color options, or hospitality like I get at Kimmie’s nails! "I really wanted to make this nail salon my new nail home. Especially, when I noticed they were not very busy. I now know why. I had my nails done on Wednesday, August 16th. Next day, 1 nail popped off. Next day, another one. On Sunday, another nail plus the tip they put on my toe nails popped off. On Tuesday, another nail was loose and about to come off. You would’ve thought I had been in a brawl! Lol. Granted, all of nails were done by the same girl, so it’s obvious she doesn’t know how to apply nails. However, I was willing to forgive and hopeful for reasonable service for my trouble of having to arrange time out of my schedule again so I can go back to have them fixed. I requested that my whole set be replaced because I’ve never EVER had 4 nails + plus a toe nail come off. Ever. Especially within hours of service. I didn’t do anything physical with my hands. Just normal daily routine. It was embarrassing because I was getting a fresh set for an event on Saturday. I was walking around with two missing nails! I had gel-x service. I believe they need to discontinue the service or have the girl stop giving this service. After reading your reviews, I believe it goes deeper than the type of service. The front desk employee was extremely dismissive and rude. When I asked what’s a better idea if she wouldn’t replace the whole set…she said just come back if another one pops off. Like truly…ridiculous. There’s obviously a flaw in the application if 4 nails and 1 toe nail popped off! I paid $130 before tip. I usually give 15-18% tip. Needless to say, I will not be going back. No one can keep running back to get nails repaired. Update: 1 more loose nail! lol I’ll be getting it redone somewhere else. Also, posting my receipt since the owner said I paid something different. By the way, I did not get a manicure, just gel x nails and a pedicure. They offered to replace the missing nails with acrylic. I wanted gel-x…the same service I paid for (more expensive). I declined the acrylic service and they replaced the missing nails with gel-x. Huge pet peeve of mine is businesses not accepting accountability. I’ve went back to businesses after a bad experience when they simply accept accountability."

"Never again will I go to another salon, this is my nail home now. They are so kind, gentle, and professional. I went with a gf, and the designs they did were even prettier than what we requested. They took time to discuss options, pricing, and end results before starting. If you are looking for a wonderful environment, look no further."

"The first time I came here was on my birthday and it was amazing. Quick service and great attention to detail. Now I am back today and all I can say is the service is 100%. The pedicure and manicure with extensions and design was honestly worth the price. Super friendly service and I can't wait to be back. Side note: Tuesdays are the best days to go: relaxed atmosphere."
