"Every time I go in this General Dollar store this worker always have an attitude. I really don't think general dollar store want someone like this representing their store.She is rude and has her noise turned up.I simply asked can you check the price on one thing she stated she couldn't and did have the key to take it off her register.Also she yelled to the back of the store several times asking for Twin to bring the key .No professionalism what so ever.the store"

"I love everyone who works there, always super nice and helpful. I don’t like that they are short staffed bc of corporate not wanting to hire more workers. They all do a great job of making it work, even being short staffed. They need more help to be able to get merchandise out and have clear aisles to walk through."

"I've visited this store a few times and find the African American staff is very unprofessional, unpleasant, as well as on the dangerous attitude side. I'll never understand my race of people being disrespectful towards each other, especially to other African American customers! One day a huge lawsuit against this store will be filed for violating state laws against customers that chose to shop there. I suggest the owner make changes in staff as well as clean your store!"

"Not Only the manager should be fired but the District Manager as well , for letting this store to get this bad!! The shelves are rarely stocked. They have the product....they are all on the stock carts waiting to be put on the shelves. Today they must have had 20 carts blocking the aisles, FULL of stock but bare shelves. So bad today they did not have bags at register, each customer had to carry their purchase out without bags. You are better off traveling the extra 5 miles to the other store on Banks road than go inside this location."

"This store has potential. And everybody seems to love Miss Maggie. (FIVE STARS FOR HER) Always has a smile and nice. However, this store is poorly managed. The store manager is nasty and always has an attitude. Do not recommend unless you go when Miss Maggie is there in the morning! her customer service is AMAZING. the store was great before the alleged robbery and the new manager came. Miss Maggie is the only good thing there !"
