"I recommend and will use Heath Flooring again. When I finally found Heath Flooring I had already called numerous other tile installers. I either didn't get a call back or appts for estimates were skipped. I all but had given up on renovating my kitchen backsplash when I asked my handy man Jon if he knew of someone that could help me. He recommended Heath Flooring with the comment of how easy it was to work with him, Jon is a painter and he and Heath Flooring had completed many new or total renovations of existing homes. Jon said all his workmanship was great. I called as soon as I received the phone number. He was able to come out that day to look at the job and discuss how he was going to approach the r&r. Took pictures, measurements, and called back within a few business days with my estimate and an estimated start date. His crew was professional and as promised completed the job in just one day. I can't say enough about Heath Flooring. Very Professional, clean and skilled. Give them a call!"

"UPDATE- The owner contacted me and wanted to apologized and had agreed to make the situation right! The showers are now fixed and look beautiful. They did 2 new shower installs for us on our new build. The design was pretty how I envisioned. The problem was the tile was pretty uneven which made the grout work not look so great which I can look past even though it was very expensive. The main problem we have is how they left the outside of the shower finished. It was horrible they came back to fix some of the grout work, but still did not fix the exterior part of the shower saying they didn’t know what to do about it. I contacted them a second time and the owner came out to look and suggested we put trim up. he was very nice, but they should have known what they needed or told us before hand that we would have to have someone else finish the exterior( I have never had this problem with any tile installment before) we ended up spending over $200 to have someone else come fix their bad finish. This is the first time we have used them they could be great, but for the price we paid I feel the job should have been better. The owner and his son did come right out and heard our concern, but in the end we had to spend more money to fix something that should have never been left finished like it was. See photos"
