"Have always had a good experience at this location well today not so much came into return some core batteries that I had in my garage and on the site it says $10 a battery the hispanic kid at 11:50 1-11-24 working offered to take them but he wasn't going to give me anything for them because they weren't Die Hard batteries nowhere on the site doesn't mention that not to mention showed up to a different Advanced Auto location less then 10 miles away they took them in and was able to give me a new battery so that's why I'm giving one star to this location and most likely will never be back to this location for any of my auto needs"

"Best experience! I stopped in to purchase a car battery for my Mini Cooper. The staff ( a young man and woman) were very knowledgeable. The young man referred me to a shop down the road that would not only sell me the the same brand of battery cheaper, but also install, and also reset my cars electronic system to accept the new battery using a programming tool I don't have (as required for Minis) all at a far cheaper cost than buying just the battery. Ignorantly, I had planned on just plopping the new one in and go, which would have potentially caused problems to my vehicle, including damaging the new battery. These honest people saved me a lot of money and time. They didn't care about getting the sale today, but they earned something much better, my future business! Good people!"
