"Brought my laptop in to be fixed because the screen wasn’t turning on. Turns out the mother board needed to be replaced. So it was shipped off. When I got it back the touchscreen was not working. When I took it back to Geek Squad I was told that I’d have to pay to have the touchscreen fixed. For something I didn’t cause…unacceptable. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND."
"Definitely recommend! I made an appointment to have them take a look at my laptop. It was working fine, then black-screened and never came back on. They sent it off to their repair center, diagnosed it, and called for my approval after finding out what it was. The repair quote was very reasonable and I got it back a few days later. The overall turnaround time was around 10 days. My PC arrived back in the same physical condition I sent it off, and now in full working condition."
