"Most items are always overpriced. Items are donated free, why be greedy? Price reasonably like other goodwills. People shop at goodwill to stretch their money for clothing and household items for their families. Just because something is a certain brand doesn’t mean mark it up like crazy to where average income people can not afford it. There’s plenty of merchandise to price reasonably and still make a profit for this company. Also, some of the employees follow customers closely as if they are trying to steal smh"

"I used to really enjoy shopping at Goodwill, however, have noticed the pricing in direct competition for the same item new at a big box store. My Goodwill days may be coming to a end, if they don't bring prices back in line, just my thoughts."

"I went shopping today and met the most wonderful person. Her name is Tonya and I did not have to ask for help. She was there and she volunteered and she was great. I found a small trunk that I needed and have been looking for a while for, and of course I did not grab a buggy when I came in. She went and got one for me, Loaded the trunk for me and pushed it up front for me to buy--and if you think that is great she also volunteered to take it to my car. She was terrific and I can not say it enough. After she loaded it in my car I said thank you and what do you know another lady came outside with a lot of stuff in her buggy and she went to help her as well. She is an amazing employee."

"Me and my friend stopped by after brunch. The prices on some of their stuff is outrageous. People donate the stuff then sell it at an outrageous price then ask you do you want to round up for the ged program. Some people don’t want to be embarrassed so even tho they can’t afford it they say yes."
