"They have some fun stuff but I'm a little disappointed they sure didn't take long to begin carrying lots and lots of items that don't fit into their name. When your name is Five Below, all, or at the very least, most of the items should be $5 or below! Very misleading and I feel like it was a wasted trip."

"I have called 16 times back-to-back. No one answers. The phone, it's not an option. It says they're busy on the floor keeping it clean. But no one never comes to the phone I placed an order. I came up there yesterday. They said the order was not there and then they would refund me my money back. I get an email today saying that my order is at the same-store. That just said that they don't have my items. I'm not wasting my gas to go up there. And the items are not there. It's just a waste of time, it's easier just to go to the store and buy the items that way you'll know if it's available, but you do need to fix the phone issue when someone's calling they'll be able to answer the phone sixteen times is a little too much you think. The lady that helped me with my order yesterday was very sweet. I'm not mad with her. It's how you have it set up."
