"Got a great deal on a microwave and our salesperson, Anthony, was great. The problem areas are the dock person, Keith, was asleep on a forklift near the entrance and another man helping another customer had to wake him up to help us. Once awake and pulled our microwave from stock, he made no attempt to help us put it into our vehicle. Not like the other dock worker with the other customer. Additionally completely grossed out with what looked like a employee who was sitting on a couch in the corner in the sofa area really going at it picking his nose. The sales person there just laughed and the nose picker just moved around avoiding us."

My cashier was friendly and funny, and actually convinced me to purchase the warranty with just banter. No pressure, no gimmick, just funny and friendly service. I easily found the product I needed and, as usual, the store was neat and orderly, which is worth a mention considering how hectic things can be during the holiday season. My only regret is that I did not ask the young lady's name. Hire more like her, please."
