Renting a washer and dryer turned into a frustrating ordeal as multiple promises of delivery and setup were consistently unfulfilled. Despite several attempts, the staff failed to provide the necessary cords and, upon purchasing them independently, the installation was still incorrect. Attempts to rectify the situation were met with further disappointment, as the unit remained unusable. The customer service experience hit a new low with rude and unhelpful responses, leaving the impression that the staff were overwhelmed and uninterested in resolving the ongoing issues. This experience at Aaron's was far from the usually reliable and efficient service expected."
