I wish I had started the process with S R Appliance - the entire team is very attentive, communicative and courteous. They also removed the doors from the fridge to ensure it did not get damaged while bringing it up the stairs. Great experience and highly recommend!"

"Customer service was great, they delivered to us on a day they don't typically do deliveries so we would not have to wait another week. During delivery they took our laundry room door off the hinges to get them in without damaging the door and put it back when they were done. They also changed the direction of the dryer door to be more convenient for our layout. We got a call to make sure everything was working well about a week later which I really appreciated. I would certainly buy from them again!"
