"When I went to the woodruff farm rd location in Columbus ga, I signed a lease agreement for a full living room set and paid for it then they told me the furniture was getting delivered and that it was on the truck ready to go then turned around and said my information wasn’t verified and that I wasn’t getting my furniture and hung up in my face. No one will answer the phone now and I haven’t gotten an email saying my money was being refunded or anything either. The experience was the worst I’ve ever had."

I spoke with the manager and she did not even bother to tell me anything. She is a disrespectful person. It not like rent a center is busy?? She needs to be fired.
