He was extremely knowledgeable about knives and the proper sharpening and care of knives. This was my first ever visit to Zwilling. I bought one complete knife set as a gift and will be back again to start my own collection. The knives are sold as individuals or sets and there is a wide variety with varying prices to purchase quality knives for anyone’s budget as well as other amazing kitchen tools. The prices of this store (after balck Friday but before Christmas) was low. For the manager, the gentleman helping me was working Dec 2 before noon. He deserves a BIG thank you."

"The best knives we ever had! And they also provide a sharpening service (which I will use in the future because I don't want to mess up the sharpening process). Their customer service is excellent! I contacted them about an older product I had, and they were extremely prompt at responding and helping me get a replacement knife for my older set. "I really appreciated the help Charlotte provided here at this location! She was patient with me and got me a deal that was greater than even the discount Zwilling was offering online. I got the birchwood Miyabi for close to 50 percent off compared to online. I appreciated the gentlemen behind the counter that day as well who remembered to give us our free gifts for spending more than a certain amount. My only issue was the magnetic board we got didn't come in its original packaging and had a stain on it. I got it off with acetone so no biggie. Overall I'll be coming back for more in the future and was so thankful to have found the knives I have been looking at for a while. Just came back today (3/17/23) and Devyn was amazing! She was so patient kind and attending to our needs. We loved our experience with her and her knowledge was incredible. We must have spent 30 mins asking probably what seemed like silly questions but she was so caring and compassionate. She was a perfect help today and we appreciate her kindness!"
