"Ingles is probably the nicest, cleanest, and best-organized grocer in the Dawsonville area. Over the past eight years, I Have always found this store ultra clean and very well stocked in every department. When you walk in the door, you immediately know you are in a quality store with the organization, large open isles, and bright lighting. Ingles easily has the largest selection in every department store in the area and reminds me of the Fred Meijer stores in Kentucky and Indiana between the selection and large, comfortable, uncluttered isles. Finding a shopping cart at the front entrance is never a problem; the carts are clean and in great working order. In all of my visits, I have never had a poor or lackluster customer service experience; all of the staff members I have interacted with have been friendly, cheerful, and helpful. But, most importantly, they seem to enjoy their jobs and work. They have the Ingles Advantage Card for rewards, which provides discounts. I dislike the reward card program. I would rather get the best price without having to use a card designed to drive customer loyalty instead of driving customer loyalty by offering the best prices on items I purchase backed by incredible customer service, but it is the way most grocers and stores now do business. In all honesty, most of the prices with any of the store loyalty cards is not a bargain, but the "regular" price without the card is overpriced. Prices at Ingles are higher than most other local competitors, such as Kroger, Publix, and Walmart, in town. But, while the price may be higher on most items, the quality is usually much better. Hence the old adage, you get what you pay for. While the prices may be higher overall, you will still find great value by shopping at Ingles. I purchase items monthly at Kroger, Publix, Walmart, and Ingles. Ingles's bakery, produce, and seafood departments are superior to any competitor in the area. I love the store; it is very comfortable and easy to shop, and I will continue patronizing Ingles."

"Love stores like Ingles and food lion!! Gotta shop around and compare prices, but the customer service is always the best!! Also, their deli and salad bar are out of this world!!!!! Update: customer service is not what I remember... stood at deli counter unnoticed by several employees, and the chicken looked like all the breading had fallen off, so I walked out! Come on Ingles! You are better than that!!"

"Everyone has always said their meat counter is the best around and boy were they right. We bought 3 pounds of New York Strip thick cut and they had to be some of the best strips we have had in years. We love the fresh daily bakery goods and meat counter. We still use other grocers for stuff everyone carries as they have better deals but we will always come in for fresh meat and deli."

"I love Ingles! Everything is always clean and the Produce and Seafood Markets are always fresh and vibrant. The shelf items are well-organizing with the normal items, but they also carry unique brands that are fun to try. Great for local and regional foods too."
