"I live in Barbados and bought a Brown Stove from your agent here Massy. I have not contacted them about the rusting on the stove top, because when i bought the stove approximately two and a half years ago the burners were rusty, I told them about them I was told that is the way they came, I really am not satisfied. After paying nearly $2000.00 for this stove I am not pleased that it is rusting already."

"We purchased our Five Star 48 inch six burner stove with Grill/griddle in 2009. The grill stopped working in December 2015, again in February 2016. I've given up on it now as it is not working again. The broil element had to be replaced February 2017 and the thermostat March 2017. Now it's February 2022 and the bottom element has gone out. The trouble especially now is there is no one in our area that services it any longer so my husband had to repair it. Thankfully he's pretty handy. The stove is OK, but also the burners have a high flame even on simmer and no one could adjust them. I'm writing this review because I'm disappointed we've had to have so many repairs for such an expensive appliance."

"This is a terrible place to work. The plant manager Dwayne Henderson is a complete joke That fired me for no reason after 3 days and now he refuses to pay me for the 3 days that I worked. They do not wear face masks they do not follow the health restrictions and guidelines for covid-19. The plant is a mess and injury waiting to happen. The shipping manager is very unprofessional."
