"we’ve came here twice & had horrible experience those two times. The first time we bought concrete blocks (the ones outside) but they were out and took forever to tell us they were out. After asking for assistance 3x and no one assisted. So we just got a refund. Second time we asked for assistance to load stuff onto the truck and again no one came, asked for assistance twice and said they’d come but again they didn’t. Costumer service is so bad. Most of the employees are lazy. They’re just there to be there."
"I arrived at this Home Depot right after they opened and purchased an order of plywood for about $1300. When it came time to load my trailer the staff had no idea what they were doing whatsoever. They couldn’t figure out how to load the material and when I explained it to them they refused to proceed. Instead they dropped and left my order on the pavement and didn’t even offer assistance loading the material. As a paying customer, who does harder work for a living, it was extremely disappointing and frustrating that none of the workers available bothered to help in any way. Not only that but before this, while they were retrieving my order, I decided to visit the key kiosk to make some copies. I requested some assistance with the process which was announced over the intercom. After some time it was clear that I wasn’t going to get any service, so I had to mess around with the machine myself. It’s honestly astounding, with the amount of employees walking around, that not a single person could be bothered to do at least this one job. I’ve worked in fields like this before and I’ve never seen such a lack of effort put in, especially for professional paying customers."
"Worst in store experience I've ever had! Manager Mike didn't care in the slightest that I drove several hours to get my order and it was suppose to be 1" aluminum trailer door frame, it was 6" steel door frame. Then the Milwaukee products they had Mispriced was not honored at all! Several employees walked right by me while I'm trying to get help. Finally a nice girl named Jamine Finally helped me. She was absolutely amazing! To bad the manager was so lax in his customer service. The girl was going to give it to me. I wasn't even offered a 10% for the inconvenience of having a 4 hour round trip drive! I will never go back to that store ever again!"
"I was waiting for over 20 minutes for my pickup order and when I called, the employee had an attitude. She didn’t even try to put the box in the car and assumed it wouldn’t fit. It did."
"Treats customers like garbage. I called the store to ask a question and the offensive AI recording that assumes they know all of your questions irritated me badly. Someone finally answers just to transfer me to excessive ringing and redirected me back to the rep that answered. She transferred me again to excessive ringing, no one ever answered, and now nobody is answering their phones at all. Totally disrespectful and no customer service at all. Customer Service is dead at Home Depot. They look like ghost towns. The only employees you see are the few in the front. People have used the pandemic to become lazy and non caring. Customer service is consistently declining but your prices haven’t declined. Management doesn’t require anything anymore or they don’t have much to choose from when choosing management. This is ridiculous and unacceptable"
