"We currently have a contract with Eldridge Service Company, which is family owned and we highly recommend! Their service visits for our HVAC is always very detailed, as they take a great deal of time to ensure everything is check thoroughly. In addition, they offer many perks if a contract is signed for servicing twice a year. Recently, we needed our indoor thermostat check because it was not reading the indoor temperature correctly…10-15 degrees off from an indoor thermometer placed beside it. As result, they sent their veteran service member, Andrew, out to investigate. Needless to say, he was phenomenal!! He discovered the problem, which we would never have thought it to be. Andrew discovered an open chaise in the attic that was allowing the cold air straight down to the thermostat connection. Andrew took a small board up, covered the opening and then covered it with insulation. Problem solved successfully and everything is operating perfectly! A big shout out to Andrew for his efforts and his expertise!! Oh, need to also mention that we were charged $0 for the visit, due to no parts needed and no charge for service visit, due to our contract! Kudos to Andrew and to Eldridge for their impeccable service and honesty and care for their customers!!"
