"I’ve emailed them several times with no response. The table that came with the set has rust. I will update if they respond but I would stay away from this company. UPDATE: They finally contacted me back. Said they would send me a new table after reviewing photos."

"UPDATE: After a month of communicating with the Leisure Made, they sent replacement pieces for 2/5 piece set. The replacement pieces did not make a difference in the legs touching the ground. The sectional remains unsteady. It wobbles and shifts when people sit down, and rocks if move around while you're seated. I had to send Leisure Made many photos and videos for them to even address the fact that the piece was faulty. At first they told me that the issue with the sectional was from my flooring being unlevel. I had to send them photos of my flooring with a level to show them there wasn't a structural issue with our home, even though you could clearly see that legs on the sectional were bent inward and poorly constructed. If you purchase an item from them, make sure you keep all of the original packaging! This is the only way to have a scheduled pickup return and refund. I have had to invest so much time in trying to contact them and get this resolved in some way that I am giving up totally disheartened with their lack of quality customer service. They never returned my phone calls, so if you do need to reach out, try emailing them. ------- I recently purchased the Riviera 5 Piece Sectional with upgraded Sunbrella fabric. I am shocked by the quality of this piece considering the price point. Two of the legs on the end of the sectional are bent inward. The legs on the corner piece, and the pieces on either side of it, do not touch the floor. The sectional does have adjustable feet but the feet do not go down far enough to touch the floor. Every piece of the sectional has a major structural flaw, rendering it unsafe for use. It wobbles and shifts as each person sits down on it, and rocks if you move while sitting. This is my first time buying a Leisure Made product. To spend $1704.18 on a piece of furniture, a bare minimum quality expectation would be that all of the legs touch the floor."
