"I purchased a futon/sofa from here. The guys were super nice, no complaints there and very helpful. My complaint is the lack of customer satisfaction with your purchase. There is no grace period or any type of return/exchange policy. My futon is not comfortable at all. I called 2 days later to ask for a refund. I don’t have pets and my children are grown, it’s in perfect condition and could easily be resold. Normally I always make sure there is some type of guarantee but obviously didn’t with this purchase. Like I stated the guys were great, I just can’t shop at this store with no guarantees. Make sure you love what you buy before you purchase anything from here."

"Great value and great service! This place is awesome. From the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but as soon as you walk in, there are so many amazing and affordable options. Also the twins that sell the furniture and deliver it are very gorgeous, so that doesn’t hurt. I love my couches that I got from here!"
