"This company is a hit and miss. They hit for some clients and miss with others. In my case I experienced both a hit and miss. I had an expensive order ruffly about $4,700.00 estimate. My order to this day has not been received in full since I ordered in March 2021. We are heading into September as I am doing this review. It took a massive amount of communication ( phone calls, emails, messages) for me to get the attention my order deserved. I spoke with Tamara who was apologetic every time and the reason why I had so much patience. The communication then went down hill after I received part of my order and now the second part that should have been shipped with the first part because it was one big order, is still pending with no communication existing on this company's behalf. Failed return phone calls and email responses. I do not recommend if you don't want a headache and willing to take the high risk and a serious amount of stress. I have contacted my credit card company and they are handling this matter the way I should have been handled. That is the right way. I have recanted recommendations and updated people such as interior designers that I spoke to about this company during time of purchase with my full and current experiences. Which is to find another Billard company."

"Do not trust them. This company ripped me off. Ordered a slate top pool table from them on etsy (they are no longer allowed to sell there because etsy banned them) ordered in January and was told it would ship in March. Did not ship till mid April and then spent almost 3 months in transit. Mind you my shipping location was only located 15 hours away. Was finally delivered in July after 6 months. And it was not only damaged but was also not what I paid for. I had to hound them to get any response at all. As you can see in the pictures the seams arrived with splits in them. The sides were not cut level with the legs. And the "3 piece Italian slate top" was a cheap piece of basic plywood. I paid a additional $550 for the slate top upgrade and what I got was a $50 cheap piece of MDF wood. They agreed to refund me the $550 but said it would take a week and it would be by check even though I paid them vua quick books. Gave them weeks and have so far received no refund and they no longer respond to emails. Additionally I said I would deal with the damage if they could give me the paint color so I could repair and re paint over the splitting seams. Took 5 emails asking for the paint color before they would respond to me. Much like everything else used on this table it was cheap home depot brand paint. The table was constructed from cheap MDF and one cheap 2x4 all with home depot markings on it. No solid wood. MDF well, flat is known to warp so I won't expect this to junk to last long. There are much better options out there for less money and no financial risk. I have more pictures and emails proving they ripped me off so contact me and I'll share them with whoever asks. Update: eventually they did refund me the $550 I was owed. And it seems like they have hired someone to help them handle these issues going in the future. But with that said. It still took 3 months longer to receive my table, it still arrived damaged, ND jt still was not the product I ordered. I hope they get there stuff together but in the end the issues I had means I can not recommend them."

"I ordered a table and cue rack from Mc Corkle Design and it is fantastic. My family and I love both items. Tamara was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. The delivery guy was professional, quick and precise. Completely satisfied on all levels."

"Please be careful when purchasing from this company. I ordered a pool/convertible table for $3,500 on July 9th, 2019. I have called them, emailed, and messaged them numerous time. I talked to Tamura twice and she assured my order would get to me and give me updates, which never happened, I truly trusted in this company as they explained it was a shipping courier issue and they would fix it to get me my order. Well... it’s already way over a year and still my order has not reached me. They have not called or got back to me and seems to be ignoring my emails and calls. So, I got scammed by this company. I really tried to be understanding and trust in them especially during these tough times, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. This was a gift for my family for 2019 Christmas and it never arrived. I lost a huge amount of money and am so heart broken and disappointed. Please be careful when ordering from this company."

"I am extremely surprised, and more than happy with my Custom pooltable! Didn't know what to expect going with this company sight unseen, but super thrilled, and excited I took the leap of faith! First off I don't even want to play on it looks like a piece of ART! I especially want to acknowledge Tamara who kept me up to speed every step of the way very sweet lady... Plus informative , and the delivery guy Joe did an exceptional job assembling the table with great attention to detail :) You don't find companies like these anymore . Just a phenomenal job.
