"I have a sectional coming in today. I was told by Brandon that it would be there at 7 and that he would also be there to help us but upon me calling today to follow up due to rain the lady I spoke with had a terrible attitude, She said Brandon was not in today, it’s raining so I asked if the sofa would be wrapped and if it could be wrapped extra and she was no help. She told me no, It was as though she could careless about any of my concerns. I just wish the customer service was better and my concerns were met with a little empathy and concern."

"I had the most wonderful experience at this Aaron’s. Brandon assisted completely in the most professional and effective manner. My online order was delayed and Brandon suggested multiple options to get my washer/dryer combo because I had stressed the urgency of having it right away. Although, I called the store multiple times, everyone that answered was friendly and communicated every step of the way resulting in me receiving my order earlier than expected and completing my laundry needs. I would recommend the Aaron’s on hwy 5 to all friends, relatives and even customers because their service is exceptional. Thanks so much Brandon and team!"

"I was return a lawnmower that was damaged when return . The employees Tina was rude had nervous put this on receipt. Don’t ever go to this place get anything I would post what she wrong . It pending litigation thru lawyer for discrimination . They worst store deal with from manger on down."

"This store unprofessional if you are trying to furnish your home room by room stay away. Brian which is an employee here cursed my wife out and hung up the phone in her face. They tried to withdraw a payment on a non due date. Luckily my wife keeps her card lock when it came through as a notification as an attempt on her account she called the store. Well Nick whom I guess supposed to be the store manager had attitude because my wife checked them and then passed the phone or either had on speaker where Brian yelled at her then hung up in her face. No issues out of this store while Danita work here but since then down. We will pay this off and refuse to do anymore business with them. I hope this post help you from atteo"
